“I haven’t been satisfied. I sent a message about the poor quality of my print last week with no reply. I can’t seem to find a return/replace option anywhere either. The print is off low quality and loses much of the detail of the original image. The preview image when I ordered looked great, but the print itself came out very dark with low contrast. If I’d known that would be the case I’d have brightened the source image. I would like eh opportunity to get it replaced.”
