“Would be prudent for Easy Canvas Prints to implement Quality Control. My panoramic photo did not work on the canvas. Too many pixels which wiped out the faces and ruined the entire photo. Had Easy Canvas sent a proof before printing and shipping, we could have avoided having to solve the issue of an unusable canvas. They did offer a few suggestions that didn't work and finally refunded a portion of my cost, which I appreciated. I assumed they would let me know if my photo would not print well. I suggest that if you have a panoramic photo, you ask for a proof to assure quality prior to printing and shipping. I will use them for smaller prints in the future.”
