“The picture was awful bc it was blurry. I wish someone would have called me and let me know the picture I submitted wasn’t acceptable and not send me such a disappointing product. I did call your customer service department and spoke to a very nice lady who assured me your company would resolve the issue or refund my money. I am currently looking for a clearer picture to submit for a reprint.”

“I placed an order on ThanksGiving while the office was closed. I noticed after I uploaded my photo that I used the incorrect one. I called the following morning at 9am - as soon as the place opened and requested to cancel that order and replace it with a different photo. I was told that there is a Cancellation fee of $6.50 The office was closed the day before and I called 9am the next business day, there is no way my canvas went to print already? It says it can take up to 5 days to print. I was not happy that I had to pay a cancellation fee. Had I called up a few days later requesting to cancel I would understand as it may have been printed, but in this case I called 9am the next day when the day before the place was closed!”
