“The top of the head was cut off from the picture, was not happy at all. The picture looked like they lined up the bottom of picture and didn't worry about the head. This was a special gift for my new granddaughter so was very unhappy.”

“Took special care when opening box, but metal picture was dented on one side. Attached photos of dent & also box. Not sure if damaged in route or if damaged before put in box. Please redo!”
