“Worse experience ever! If you are going to offer product that you can't ship you shouldn't sell it. Costing you money by replacing it and that comes in worse shape and having to give a refund. Not sure how you are making a profit on that. Based on this experience I will not purchase anything else from you.”

“We have received 2 metal prints from this company, the first was my original order that was an anniversary gift & the second was the re-print we were offered due to the first print arriving bent in the corners. The second metal (the re-print) also showed up with bent corners & even had the middle of one of the sides bent inward. I couldn't believe that neither metal print was packaged with any type of protection with it, like foam or padding. The outside of the package didn't indicated in any way that the item inside was very fragile & to handle with care. It was just a plain brown, thin box with a 30x20 metal print covered by a thin, fragile covering.”

“Very disappointed. The item I received is blurry and cannot be displayed in my home. I contacted the customer service department & submitted the requested photos of the product. These photos then need to be reviewed by their art department - due to the fact that the items are customized, this company does not take returns. The process is quite lengthy and response times can take multiple business days. As of yet, I still do not have an answer as to what my next steps are. All in all, I would not purchase again and I do not recommend.”
