“Print quality was good. The aluminum is too thin and very flimsy for a 24 X 36 inch picture. Packaging is for poor and sub standard. My 24 X36 inch picture arrived with bent corners and bent from top to bottom (24”) on the side. I did call the company and they were very cordial and did replace reprint the picture. Unfortunately, it arrived again with bent corners. I will not be ordering from this company again unless they improve their packaging and use a thicker metal product”

“First one came with two bent corners. Called, sent pictures suggested they reinforce corners before sending a replacement. Just received the replacement, this time all 4 corners were bent and they had not been protected.”
