“There was dents in the metal when I got it, I reached out to see what can be done and I even provided pictures of the damage but I got no response after I provided the pictures”

“well, I received a partial order, and one of someone else's prints. When I called, the associate was very loke oh well, then I had to jump throgh waht seemed liked hoops to get this, she told me to just throw away the wrong pring, and they will replace my lost print with another one. Well, so far I have had no confirmation that my order is being processed.... I spent what I consider to be allot of money for 3 prints, way too much for only 2! I will re-consider doing the others that I had planned to do, The ones that I did recieve were good, and I am happy, BUT I want my complete order!”

“The print arrived damaged, corners bent and very visible lines where the mount block was on the back side of the print. Also very poor print quality. Will not be using this service again”
