“Thanks for asking. I think the image itself came out mostly as expected, but the tones didn't replicate exactly. More importantly, upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the metal is bent. The wood block that has been adhered to the back for hanging has made an impression and a crease in the metal. Basically, I can see the outline of the wood block when I look at the photo. Not sure if that occured during installation or during delivery. There didn't seem to be sufficient padding in the package (just a relatively flat cardboard box), so I can envision a heavier package was resting on top of this and just pressed the metal against the block, thereby bending the metal around the wood block on 3 of the 4 sides. I can also envision the mere act of the pressure of adhering the block to the metal during installation could have caused the bending because the cardboard box itself doesn't appear to have sustained much abuse. Regardless, it seems like some simple "Fragile: Do Not Bend" stickers on the cardboard box along with better internal packaging could possibly mitigated this damage. A flat long box with essentially no protection other than the box it's traveling in just seems very prone to being bent during the delivery process. It's a little hard to capture this bending on camera because of the glare. One of those things the eyes can sort out but a camera can not. I'm attaching 2 photos. First photo is untouched. The second is the same photo with a red outline added to highlight where the bends are.”

“Hey you sent me not one but two separate damaged 24x36 aluminum enlargements. I believe both were deliberately damaged and a want a complete refund for both of my orders including the shipping! All four corners on both orders were curled back. Someone in the shop had a vendetta against me. I don’t believe it was happenstance. It looked to me as both orders there deliberately sabotaged. Unreal!!! There was no corner protection on all four corners on both orders!!! I spent the extra money to get the fast delivery as I needed the pics for a show by yesterday 5-22-24. What I ended up doing is using a pliers a vice I tried straighten the corners out to no luck!!! I think there is a problem in your shipping department you better look into it!!! Respectfully Robert Dietz… Call me if you have resolved the issue 708-921-0208”

“This is not metal, and either way you look at it, all you can see if the box outline to hang it from the back horrible and not worth the money I spent :-(”
