“Bought 2 of the same print one came out pretty Awesome the Second one for some reason looked when it got wiped clean or something it left scratches . Either way I would buy again hoping it would come as clean as the first one”

“Replacement shipment came damaged again due to improper packaging. Corners were bent on all three deliveries. See attached photos. I emailed the below to Scetia on 3/28/2024: Hi Scerita, I received my replacement order Tuesday and was able to open them today. All three of the orders came damaged again. Once again, because the packaging is improper for prints on metal. Please see attached for photos prior to opening and after opening each package. At this point, I don’t have the confidence in the shipping department at Easy Prints and would like to have a full refund so I can find another company who can deliver undamaged products. Unfortunately, I have someone who was interested in knowing about my experience with Easy Prints who would potentially been able to refer several hundred people to have similar boards as I have for metal prints. Sadly, I won’t be able to give a positive review on my experience with Easy Prints (at least the shipping department). Please confirm that my refund is being processed and when I should see it back on my credit card. Thank you.”

“Photos printed darker than original uploads. Not drastically so, but already dark toned pics should be lightened to compensate probably. 3/5 of my pieces had a bent corner that I had to take a mallet to straighten them out with, but the imperfections are still there and probably will never be fixed fully. I uploaded professional high quality res pictures, but there is still a level of graininess.”
