“Meh…..The image is pretty clear, and it’s a solid 24x36 size…..HOWEVER -I wanted a metallic multi faceted finish on the actual printed image. Also, 2 corners of the metal print were bent inwards & up when it arrived. I was just thinking, that the printing was a different finish. But it’s literally a matte photo on metal.”

“The first one I opened was soft focus but was passable- the second of the two identical signs looked as it may have slipped when being printed. It was extremely blurry on the left side. I took pictures and sent them in to ask for a reprint. When you all r spi fed you send they appreciate my images and they would decide what to do. That has been a week and I haven’t yet been notified that another is is being printed or what is happening.”

“After receiving my order, I noticed three out of the four corners where a little bent, one of them being worse than the other two. I emailed customer service and Monique was helpful, saying they will send me a new one. I got the second one and still, three of the corners were slightly bent, and there was a scratch on the canvas. Overall, I’m okay with it because it still looks nice in my apartment, but I do wish the corners weren’t bent as you can tell when looking closely (I was able to bend them back a little myself). I hope there is eventually a better system of packing them to ensure the product arrives to customers perfectly. I tried uploading more images, but it was not letting me.”
