“Photos came out a little grainy when enlarged even though I submitted high quality images. One image was upside down but I don't think it will be noticeable by the recipient as it is really just an image of space and nothing too specific. Even though I cropped my images to take up the entire print area, at least I thought by the apps editor, they still came with borders above and below the images. My initial order came in damaged, but the company quickly addressed my concern and remedied the issue. It took a little time to get the replacements, but I was not concerned as I ordered these in plenty of time to get it corrected and resent back to me before the day I was gifting them. Overall, I am pleased with my experience with the company and would recommend to anyone looking to have metal prints done. Just be mindful that if you explode the image too much, it may not be as crisp as the smaller file.”

“The print was misaligned which resulted in a uncovered section of the metal above the print. In theory it's going to be replaced but I have not received the new print yet. Any quality control would have picked up this flaw in the print.”

“My metal poster was damaged on 3 sides and wouldn’t fit in a the frame. It’s been over a week since I was told a replacement was coming. ????? The face is beautiful but three corners and a middle section look like they were dropped and bent.”

“I did receive email chats about missing photo. Added it. There was bad resolution . Received blank metal base in mail shortly after.”
