“Items were re-printed because of damage and the replacement items also arrived damaged. Additionally, the hangers on the back were placed upside-down or in the wrong orientation.”

“One print was misaligned so there appeared a white line on the left border. Customer service helped me replace that print with one that was done correctly - no white line on left border. I appreciated their help but the error cost me an additional $6 for shipping the replacement.”

“Website and ordering went well. Print and mount are decent however it arrive with damaged corners. The delivery box corners didn’t appear damaged and yet the print corners are bent and look terrible.”
