“I was very disappointed with my purchase. I recently had a newborn so I ordered several metal prints for Christmas gifts. Overall, I had a total of 11 images. 3 images showed up blank, one image had part of the image cut out, and another was a horizontal image but a vertical back was placed. I requested a reprint of several images with a quick response. I will say their response and customer service was better than the quality of the images. When the reprints arrived, we had several with the incorrect backing on. I also had to pay for the tax of the reprints and when I called, the person didn't even know what amount they told me I had to pay. Unfortunately, I didn't have the email with me to double check so I ended up paying $19 instead of the $12 the quoted me. The quality of all the images were not great and looked grainy which was not because of our professional images we submitted. I did request a refund after they screwed up a second time and received $35 of my $270 paid back.”

“We had such a great experience with Easy Canvas Prints! The metal picture came & the colors are vibrant and stunning! The metal was a little bent on the corners due to shipping damage. Their customer service department made things right and when the replacement arrived, it was double-boxed and securely packaged with no damage. We are so impressed and would order again in a heartbeat!!”
