“The print quality could have been a bit better, but overall, they weren't too bad. The major problem was in shipping our order. We ordered 20 20X30 metal prints and 4 of these were damaged in shipment. The representatives for the company refused to refund or replace the damaged images. This was almost beyond belief. Seeing that we needed these images for a major museum exhibition, I went ahead and ordered the replacements at MY COST. When these arrived, they too were damaged to the point of making them unusable. I was instructed to send images of the damaged metal prints which I did, and a company representative finally agreed to give me a partial refund of approximately $250.00. As of this writing, I have yet to see this refund and I feel that the promise was only a scam to get me off the phone. A company that does not stand by their product isn't worth doing business with, and I assure you, this will be the last time.”

“This was a second attempt and I’m happy with the second but because I had to get a refund and reorder it came late then the date I needed it delivered. I’m highly upset that I even had to repay.”

“Ordered 4 print photos on metal. Two are very dark, hard to see....the other two are ungiftable as each has a wide white line on one edge. Was so excited to get them, but so very disappointed when I saw them. Would not recommend or buy from again.”
