“It wasn’t printed. It would have been fine if the staff was competent enough to tell me why. Suggestions for free solutions were followed with “you could try, maybe it would work.” Meanwhile I’ve already given the money. Staff is poorly spoken and did nothing at all to solve the issue at hand.”
