“Sorry, but even after being assured the print would be high resolution, it was not. The staff was prompt in responding to my complaint, however, they said it was as good as it would get. A partial refund was offered. This was super disappointing as I have ordered metal prints from other companies and they were sharp and full resolution. Easy Canvas needs a different metal vendor for sure!”

“There was a white line printed across the top of my metal photo print. Even if I had missed that on the proof, which I don't believe I did, it would have been nice to have someone confirm. I can't simply remove the line myself since it's on metal.”
