“Clear image submitted - Blurry 16x20 metal image received from 8 meg file. The print was terribly packaged in a much larger box, no bubble wrap, just a 6 inch piece of tape holding the print against the box’s interior. I received the print with the corners all bent up. After trying to get an expedited replacement from the “care team” (located outside the country) i was told it would still take 10 to 14 BUSINESS days. They did refund me my money about a week later. Pay ten to twenty bucks more and use Shutterbug for much much better results and customer service!!”

“I didn't like the results of my image on metal, though I suspect that might have been more the image I chose to print. I will give it another try, but only after I see how well regular prints come out first. At the cost of the metal print, you want to know for sure it's an image worthy of that expensive process. "They ain't cheap."”
