“I have been a devoted customer for over 5 years, I placed yesterday and was given a date of june 30, because I order a custom facial mask. I phoned back and they promised to send me a credit. I never received it and today I am being charged more in shipping than I was charged yesterday. I had to phone in three times. There are many choices and now I have to wait 7 days before I received my $300plus credit.”
