“Have had you print calendars for three years and never had an issue. The thing that bothers me is that no one contacted me about anything being wrong with my files you simply cancelled my order and didn't notify me. Had I not checked the progress of my project I would know that you had canceled...I understand from trying to call that your customer service group has been affected by Hurricane Melissa and my prayers are with them but the refer you to live chat which also doesn't work leaving your customer with no way to contact you. Hope you recover from problems but afraid you have lost a loyal repeat customer. FYI I worked with one of your competitors this morning and used same files and received email with tracking number in email this evening that they have completed and shipped my order.”
