“One print looks good, the other has discolorations, have emailed pics of the print, back and forth multiple times with no resolution. Also glue for backing shows through where print has light colors. Probably should've been given opportunity to decline print or go with different medium, but then it wouldn't match the other”

“I ordered an 11x14" print on acrylic of one of my pastel paintings. It's gorgeous! The colors are perfect, and actually look more saturated and brighter than the original. My only gripe is the backing block with the hanging slot being placed right smack in the middle of the back. If I could have my druthers, I'd want the block to be higher on the back, so the slot would be 3 or 4 inches from the top edge of the print. Otherwise - it's fantastic, and I love it.”
