“I'm going to give it a 5 star because it turned out great but there were a few dings in the acrylic like bubbles/imperfections. I know they aren't always perfect but if it was a gift I would have liked it to not have the little pit”

“The photo itself was top notch. However, the packaging is where the issue came in. The package tape was stuck to the back of the sublimation. Then in turn caused some tearing. Emailed CS and they wer all over it.”

“The picture is dark and grainy. The original was not perfect but not as bad as your print. I am disappointed as this was a Valentine's day gift and you can hardly see the picture.”
