“Processing and shipping was great. The quality of the images were good, not great. My biggest concern is with regards to the sizing/zooming/centering of the pictures themselves. I purchased 4 prints and 2 of the 4 were formatted poorly. It legitimately looks like they zoomed into the image and ignored the backgrounds, this was disappointing.”

“Arrived broken for the second time. I asked that the corners would be reinforced after the first one arrived broken, then the second one came packed the exact same way, and broken.”

“very disappointed in the quality of the prints. they were too dark and coloring was off. 2 pictures arrived damaged and broken; reordered and they came inverted and backwards!! Very unprofessional”

“Although my photo was flipped from left to right, or east to west in this case, it is quite beautiful. I look forward with bated breath to it's replacement. My photo on wood is also a classic.”

“One print looks good, the other has discolorations, have emailed pics of the print, back and forth multiple times with no resolution. Also glue for backing shows through where print has light colors. Probably should've been given opportunity to decline print or go with different medium, but then it wouldn't match the other”
