“Ordered three 5x7 pics for $75.00. Two were blurry & one is too dark. As requested by customer service, I sent pictures of the 5x7s to show what is wrong. Customer service said they would get back to me in 2-3 days. I sent pics of product on June 29th, it is now July 15th. I am now not getting a response to my emails.”

“Never got my product as it was mysteriously cancelled without any reason, any refund, or anyone knowing why. Then I go to contact them and chat is closed. Send an e-mail and they can't find my original order and without it they can't refund my money. Price is not cheap. Never again!”

“First one was printed flipped and backwards. The second that they redid had aryic peeled off the corners and looked bad. Customer service is very solve to help resolve.”
