“Terrible quality. It was blurry and not on the white background I ordered. I sent the photos they requested so I can get a refund but have not heard a word back from them. I just had to open a dispute on the transaction to resolve it. It was a Christmas gift and now I won't be able to get another print done in time. Is a shame because their stuff looked nice on the website. Maybe they don't do quality control.”

“I placed a large order for wedding photos with Easy Canvas. All but one turned out great. Unfrtunatley they did not do one important wood print well at all, quality was terrible, could ttotaly see the wood grain through center of desing and no definition in photo like the rest. I ordered 5 other wood prints that turned out great. Took weeks for them to respond aside from original response. Claimed it was the print itself. Was crazy they wouldnt redo this imporntat and poor quality one that was to be a gift for granparents. So disappointed in their customer service. Regret the hundreds of dollars I spent with them when they can't resolve and make right one of their mstakes. buyer beware!!! They gave me a refund of $6 after many emails and major frustrations just trying to ge tthis redone, which they would not do. Plenty of other companies to order from that have much better custmer service and stand behind their products”
