“I received my order on the mugs and everyones head was chopped off. I called to let them know and was told it was my fault and they wanted to charge me 10.00 shipping.. Not! So I told them I definitely would not give them a good review so she decided to redo the mugs at no charge. When they came in they looked great. I never sent them another photo so it was definitely their fault. I am happy with the second mugs..”
