“The preview images showing me what to expect are not the same as the completed images on the pillows. The previews show borders around the image which was what I desired. What I received was blown up images that filled the space of the pillow square. When stuffed, important pieces of the image are hidden around the curve of the pillow face. The dog bow is sliced in half, the Santa mouse has no hat, and only the fluffy white portion of Santa's cap is visible. Also, I selected the option of a solid black backside of the pillow for the mouse and Santa, and a beige backing for the dog. Instead, I got a doublesided picture. I'm very disappointed as I ordered 12 pillows, and none of them is what I asked for. How can this be fixed?”
