“I sent in my photo via email, and it looked great when I sent it... When my metal prints arrived it wasn't as vibrant as the photo I had sent. I wish that they would have contacted me before the order was done and let me know that the pixels got lost in the email version. I did contact the company, and only an 80% return policy, or re-do order for additional shipping. It would be great if there was some type of quality control that would contact you and go over your order.”

“The pictures came out blurry on the print. I've ordered in the past on the canvas vs the metal and was very satisfied with the print. Not so on the metal.”
