“Took special care when opening box, but metal picture was dented on one side. Attached photos of dent & also box. Not sure if damaged in route or if damaged before put in box. Please redo!”

“It took a while to understand how to reformat my pictures before uploading them and I did not find an option to add space between pictures in the collage. I was not entirely happy with the end result as I could not tell exactly where the crop lines would be before I submitted the project.”
