“The color balance I sent had blue sky and what was printed from your shop was a purple sky. All prints had a green shade to them. I would not use your service for my prints again. Sorry.”

“I was so disappointed. I decided to try your prints since I had been using another vendor for quite awhile. Half of my prints are incredibly blurry - the others are not. The photos were taken by a professional photographer and the resolution was identical for each print I have. Also, when uploading my prints, there was no message that my prints were not going to be a lesser quality. When I used the other service, I would get an online message that my prints were good or not good and if there was any question after I ordered, the other vendor would call me and have me send them my prints and try to work with me. I am sorry to be so forthcoming, but I didn't expect this. Thank you.”
