“One of our pictures was pixilated. That may be our fault for not having a higher-definition picture, but it would be helpful if the site warned you of that (I’ve used other sites that do that). Again, perhaps partially my fault, but seems like an easily fixable thing for East Canvas Prints. The second pic we ordered looks fabulous.”

“I was disappointed in my canvas but probably my fault because the photo that I sent in was not good enough to make a large canvas. However, I was really impressed with customer service. Jessica responded to my email immediately and offered to reprint the canvas if I could supply a better photo or refund my money. So I will definitely use the company again in the future. Thank you.”
