“I placed an order for 4 prints in various sizes. I chose to add Gallery thickness as a paid option. When the items were received the top of the canvas clearly shows the image top on the top of the canvas. Other companies typically blur the sides out but the image was wrapped and left showing the image again on the top of the canvas. I took some photos and emailed support the day I got the items. I received an automated response asking for 24 hours and not to repeat my request as it could alow the process. It has been 5 days and no response. Overall the items are acceptable but the paid option for Gallery thickness was a waste. It probably wouldnt have has that issue if I stuck with the standard free thickness option.”

“I received my canvas and it was terribly pixelated even though I provided a very high-quality photo. If it was expected to be pixelated, I would expect to receive a warning notification. I reached out to the company and have not heard back.”
