“i had to file share with your staff because of the pixel size of the file... this took 3 calls but everyone was pleasant and helpful....the process was slightly flawed...and they printed the canvas prior to my giving the OK which they said would happen... but we got it straighten out and the new canvas arrived without difficulty... many thanks”
