“I am very disappointed in the result. The heads are cut off in the picture. If my photo didn’t come thru in a complete way, why wouldn’t someone contact me to make me aware of it, so I could resend it. What could anybody possibly do with the canvas picture you sent me? Please let me know what you are going to do about this. Carmen Dietz”
