“I don't know what's meant by this question - whether this question pertains to the quality of the printed canvas or my experience with the company. I've rated it based on my experience. The canvas itself is great, you can give that 5 stars. My experience was not so good. I ordered the canvas on Dec 18 and did not receive a confirmation email. I also did not receive a tracking email. I only received a few marketing emails. Two weeks later, I reached out to Easy Canvas Prints for a status update and they were unable to provide information regarding the order and asked for more information from me. I then replied with my PayPal record and CHASE transaction detail. Easy Canvas Prints has not yet replied. Yesterday the canvas arrived.”
