“I was charged 39.00 for delivery when I checked the 9.99 option. Called and spoke with two representatives and first one told me there was a glitz in ordering on Canvas prints end and to call back in 30 minutes. I did and 2nd guy told me I would be credited and the shipping would be waived. I was impressed with him at time and order was received fast but no credit. Have left message and called. No reply. Please adjust my account”

“The first canvas came with one of the heads cut off. I called and worked with someone over the phone and she was helpful. She emailed me a proof and we were all set. I paid for shipping and she assured me that it would arrive before Christmas. At this point, it’s the 28th of December and no picture. I would have happily paid for overnight shipping.”
