“My order got mixed up with someone else's order so I got the incorrect order. When I e-mailed customer service to let them know I was missing my order I didn't get an apology or even a response. I did eventually get an automated e-mail to let me know they re-sent my order, but it's taking a long time to get to me. You would think they would overnight the order (or at least email an apology) to make up for their mistake.”

“I ordered 2. I am really pleased with 50% of my order. The canvanvas on one was thoroughly tight an finished properly. Whoever processed the second Did not have the canvas tight and the alligator clip in the back was crooked. I am thinking this was done by a different person.”
