“This was my first order with this company and the first order for me of this type of item. I noticed in my email that part of my address was not shown in my order confirmation. I contacted customer service and the rep assured me it was in fact all there. She also nioticed the size I ordered was a bit fuzzy so she suggested the correct size for me to change it to to get it as clear as possible. She refunded my original order and changed the size for me and submitted the new order. I paid the amount for the new order. The shipping was fast and quality is fabulous. I will be ordering a few more for gifts soon. Thank you for such a beautiful product.”
