“Canvas material, and printed image itself was in NO Way “museum quality” as advertised. Michaels sells better quality canvas then this, that are actually wrapped, with a wooden frame. Not like the untrimmed, “wrapped” around a frame of what can only be MDF. And the design I spent hours creating, hoping to have printed and used as a guest book for my Sisters baby shower, unusable. Image not centered, “canvas” stretched too far, so part of the wording (the date) was cut off on the front and wrapped on the bottom, and I’m 100% sure my inkjet printer uses higher quality ink. While I appreciate the fast turnaround and shipping, it obviously impacted the “craftsmanship” of my order. If a longer production time means a better product is made, I for one would be ok with it. Thankful I had a friend who completed a beautiful oil painting of my design, approximately 10 hours before the shower, and only had to worry about people smearing the oil as it takes much longer to dry than the time allotted. But at least I didn’t have to explain why the canvas looked like something I could do myself at a Walmart printing kiosk.”
