“The photos turned out really good, but I don't appreciate the games the company plays. We were told we'd get free 11x14 prints if we ordered. Our shipping for our order was $5 and we were fine with paying $5 shipping for the free prints as well. When we got out code via email and tried to use it, shipping was, if I recall correctly, close to $15. I'm not sure how two 11x14 prints (what we ordered) can ship for $5 but the free one was close to $15 for shipping. It all just seems like a game that I don't care to play.”
