“The original print cut off their heads. I called and spoke with your rep and he said he would redo but, then it was double headed. I called back and got another rep, he agreed to fix it. I am waiting on the second delivery. We will see. The first rep simply did not want to take the time to view his own. Reaction, he just wanted me gone. Janis Robinson”
