“The original print I ordered was wrapped around the frame so that key elements of the print were not visible. Customer service was very responsive & sent me a proof of a smaller size photo that captured the elements & said I could have it for shipping only. I thought it unfair I was going to have to pay for something that was a poor quality image. We settled on sharing the cost of the shipping which I found acceptable. I have not received the new print yet.”
