“Great concept but there isn't a warning when your image resolution isn't high enough. My picture was delivered as a complete blur. Customer service said my resolution wasn't high enough. They agreed to reprint if I couldn't get it with better resolution, but the shipping fee that they wanted me to pay was more than the image printing. I didn't bother. All other printing services that I use for pictures, even just 4 x 6, give resolution warnings. This was a total disappointment. Especially because we waited weeks for it and planned it as a Father's Day gift. Unfortunate waste of money. Wouldn't use again.”
