“I ordered a canvas print. It was packaged terribly with no protection around it or labels on the box saying “fragile” or “don not bend” and was broken badly while shipped. The frame had busted in multiple places and a hole was put through the canvas. I sent pictures to customer service email and I have yet to get a response back. I really wanted to like and support this company. Great prices and if the canvas would have came in one piece it would have been beautiful. Very disappointed that no one has reached out to make this issue right.”

“All prints are a wonderful quality, especially for the fantastic price. I did receive one canvas with a broken wood frame (the main outer shipping box was bent so I did expect to find that when I opened) but I will contact customer service to troubleshoot that issue. I do plan to order from this company again!”
