“The quality of the picture was terrible, to say the least. When I reviewed the picture before I ordered, it looked beautiful. Sent to niece as Christmas present but she received it and there was a black smudge across the middle.”

“The prossess was not very clear. I wanted the photograph in 3 peace’s. Could not figure out that option. It did not come through very Clear, was disappointed in that. This photo I send in was very clear. Just wish it was easier to place the order and know it was right ?”
