“I am a big fan of Easy Canvas Prints but this last order was sub-par. The canvas was perfect however the service was not what I had expected. I received a confirmation that the canvas would be delivered by Feb 13th. To my surprise, I got an email stating it had shipped on the 4th and that I should receive it on the 7th. I had not received it by the 7th so I used their chat on the 8th to see why I could not view my status on their site and why the tracking number was not updating. I was told the site was malfunctioning and that my canvas had been damaged during shipping and that it would be another 5-7 business days for it to be reprinted and delivered. After talking with the representative about when this was supposed to be delivered originally, she made sure the order was swiftly printed and next dayed to me to ensure the guaranteed delivery date. I was very impressed with the solution and express shipping but not impressed with the lack of communication on the initial shipping issue and initial solution of 5-7 business days. The canvas did come in neatly packaged two days before it was due and was in excellent condition. I will continue to do business with EasyCanvasPrints.”

“When placing order for print web site said quality good so I placed order. When I received the print I was disappointed because if you stand to close the picture is distorted. However from a distance it looks good. I have ordered from them before and loved the work they did. If I had known better I would have ordered a smaller size so I guess it is mostly my fault. I would order from them again.”
