“They worked with me to get a better resolution so that my portrait would be exceptional. I am very pleased with the outcome. My only negative is the inside packaging. The plastic was already split and picture was exposed. Also, the outer box had long cut through the fragile sticker. I think the at fault for outer package would be UPS”
