“I was very disappointed. I took pics my daughter took on her phone and sent to me and screenshot them. I'm very pleased with the picture recreation sent to me except for the white line running down the edge of 2 out of 4. I knew it was there but mistakenly assumed commonsense would be to take it out. If there was a question I would be contacted as Shutterfly would. I did call and left my number for a return call but missed it. Very disappointing and then heard from my daughter I should have used Shutterfly.”

“I ordered three canvas when they arrived all the head of my picture were cut off, i was very upset how can they send out canvases with the heads cut off what am I supposed to do with that. So I had to call them. I was told that they do not refund money but they will reprint the picture the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and nice he repositioned the picture and send them to printing, I got my canvas a week later which was great I am pleased wit the final outcome”
