I used it under a fabric mask when I went to the doctors office.
Masks arrived in a sealed plastic flat bag. A certification seal was enclosed.
The fit is good. Breathable. Snug. And feels like it is well made.
I didn't suffocate or feel claustrophobic with 2 masks. Which is pretty good for me.
The instructions say to sanitize in boiling water. And they are reusable.
I think I will go ahead and order more to have on hand.
