“I was not at all impressed by the first starter kit I ordered. When it arrived the package only contained the battery and the charger and the 1.6% Nicotine “filter” was missing. Although there were instructions about how to make the battery last longer, there were no instructions as to how to charge the battery either. I contacted customer service and they replaced the kit and this one contained all the pieces and seem to work just fine. I still think starter kits should have instructions on how to properly use the product.”
