“Long time user of these menthol cartridges but it's time to find a new brand. The quality of the last order of menthol cartridges that I purchased for several hundred dollars is garbage. I literally just opened a new cartridge and it was empty within 30 minutes of use. Almost every cartridge in the last few boxes I have opened has been low quality. Only lasting a short time. The taste is fine but these cartridges appear to be partially filled or almost empty. This is the worst batch of cartridges I have ever received. I'm going through three cartridges a day instead of the usual one cartridge a day and it's not because my usage has changed. This isn't the first time I have received cartridges that were lower quality or the occasional dud but I have never had all of them be low quality. Makes me wonder if that's why they had them on sale for a low price. I will never believe that other users aren't experiencing the same issue. I have used these cartridges for years and I know the difference between good and poor quality. I really enjoy this brand and don't desire to look for another brand but I can't ignore the poor quality of this entire order of cartridges. I haven't opened all of them yet but considering the number of poor quality cartridges in my order so far I expect them all to be poor quality. I don't see any point in complaining to customer service because on the rare occasion I have brought up this issue in the past it was dismissed as more or less my imagination or opinion. I just let it go but with so many bad cartridges this time I can't ignore it. I wouldn't recommend this product anymore. Quality is inconsistent and getting an exchange for new ones is impossible so you're stuck with them despite the inferior quality. Very disappointed.”
